How the 7 Day Listing Strategy Works
All we need is one weekend to create the market for your home
Day 1: Wednesday
Your home is listed on the market at a strategic “starting price.” This generates maximum interest and positions your property as the must-see listing of the weekend.
Days 2–3: Thursday & Friday
Buyers see the listing, schedule showings, and build anticipation for the weekend. No decluttering or prep required — your home is marketed exactly as-is.
Days 4–5: Saturday & Sunday
